emissions???

got a notice today for emissions? anybody have any idears ??? i have everything except a twin. should i run the smarty on the lowest setting ? i dont even have my catalytic converter anymore? anyone out there passing? or just paying the 500 buck fix it tab?

They will probably look for the CAT to be in place. Other than that the Smarty on the low setting should be fine as far as the tests go.
