Electronic Throttle

Howdy folks!

Well I bought a new (to me) 03 2500 and boy is it different than the 12 valve. Now it is time to start playing with the new one. Right now it is stock as you see in my sig with gauges and a straight pipe. The first thing I would love to "fix" is the feel of the throttle pedal. When I shift gears the throttle seems to "hang" slightly and it just isn't terribly responsive. Do aftermarket chips or programmers take care of this? Is there other ways? What do you reccomend for a decent chip to start with that I may be able to stack later after injector and turbo mods? Thanks for the help!

That hanging is normal with the manual tranny equipped trucks. The ECM fuels by the boost reading and it takes a little time for the boost to drop when getting off the go pedal.
Strange but I haven't noticed this since loading the SMARTY programmer. Guess I will have to go out a refresh my memory.
