Pretty Cool, been following it on CompD. It's something I am going to be slow in pursuing, until I can educate myself on it alot more. Heck I just loaded TNTR last fall after having it on my PC for almost 2 years.

Marco had to endure some personal stuff of late. I think he is back on track now, just finished 6.7 stuff and may be back to SSR soon.

Man, I try really hard not to depend on anyone but me. I've been let down so many times in my short life to learn not to wait around for someone else.

Know what I mean?

I'm not trying to badmouth Bob or Marco, but I bet they are set on money... if they're not in it for the love of the diesel community (not saying they are not), then they're not gonna be in a hurry.

Crap, wish I was smart. Course, I'd be like some diesel greats... divorced or about to be divorced, working myself to death...

How did I get so off topic? I swear I've only had a couple...

EFI live will do great things for the community, even if you don't run it. It's the kind of program that will strive to keep the others on track.

Kind of like the Bully Dog vs Smarty race a few years back?

Ok so obviously the modern diesel probably still doesn't have half the tables to tune as a gas car/truck but wouldn't it be easier to see these tables on a laptop based program? I tuned my car using hptuners and I couldn't imagine trying to tune each table on the screen of a hand held... But what do I know. I may be a little confused by the pic of that hand held unit and it's actual purpose.

You tune on a laptop, and download to the truck on the blue tuner.

I like the idea of that. I always hated having to hook up the laptop to the car every time I needed to log data. No need for a
laptop or a power inverter in the truck will make things so much nicer.
