man thats awesome thanks for continuing to post about your experience makes me much more comfortable knowing that someone else has had a good experience

 

Got ahold of Edge again this morning and they are sending me a new coupler the one I goofed up no charge. Seems as though I haven't been the first one to do that. They know me on a first name basis now. Ha! If you need anymore info on their service just ask me.

 

I have had a Edge Juice w/attitude in my 05 since 2006. Had virtually no problems with the unit for the first year until the pyrometer started to read wrong. I sent the unit in at no cost and they flashed the unit and sent me a replacement pyro. When I got the unit back the pyro. worked great but now my boost was reading higher than it previously did. Something that I have had to deal with. I went up one size on my tire size and had the trucks computer recalibrated to acomidate this. Since I have done the tire swap I almost always have what the edge is calling either clutch slippage or backdown, towing or not. I have sent this unit in twice for recalibration since and it still does it. Now with the unit on setting 1 for mileage and can be going down the road and look at the attitude and see the the setting is flashing back and forth between 0 and 1. Not sure what it is and I am not ready to fork out more money for a whole new system. By the way I was never charged anything for any of the recalibrations and the technitions have all been pleasant to deal with. Them charging for that stuff now must be something new.

 

one problem i have with mine is that it chirps every once in a while. a brief chirp like the alarm settings but im not setting them off. ill be just cruising empty on highway at 95 km hour and itll be a edge juice 1 second chirp???

 

W.Treat, How long ago was it that you sent in your Edge to have it serviced? Just curious as to when they might of started charging for the services. Thanks.

 

W.Treat, forgot to say that maybe you should give Edge a call on your problem if you haven't already.
