I Just Purchased A 2005 3500 600 Ho Auto 3 Months Ago. Waited Until 15000km To Install A Cold Air And Edge J With A . When I Took It For The First Test Run I Found That As I Increased The Settings My Truck Would Start Surging Almost Like The Edge Was Kicking In And Out. At Level 1 It Seemed To Be Okay And Each Setting Higher Get Worse. I Drove The Truck A Few More Days With No Change . Then It Seemed As If The Chip Stopped Working Completly. I Contacted The Installer Who Supplied Me With A New Edge . The New Edge Acted The Same Way Until Today When My Truck Quit While Driving Down The Road And Engine Light Came On. After Reseting The Key It Started Again . Engine Light Stayed On And The Truck Seemed To Be In Stock In All Levels. I Removed The Edge Completely And Engine Light Went Out . Truck Runs Fine Better Then Stock Because Of The S&b Cold Air I Guess . Ive Changed Fuel Filter And I Run Howes Fuel Conditioner . Anybody Have Any Answers Please??????

 

ive had 3 edge with juice in the past three weeks and everyone of them had separete issues if the one they sent me isnt right ill take it bad and get my money back edge needs to get on the ball

I just installed the Juice/attitude on my truck and had the same problem you are experiencing. I had my 1,2 and 3,4 injector plugs swapped. I looked in the manual and checked the color code and put them in the correct place. All the surging went away and more power too.

 

My edge with attitude lasted 6 weeks and then it went to he**. All kinds of glitches. Its at edge right now getting looked at. I put the BDDL on my truck in the mean time, and she runs pretty dang good. A little less bottom under 1800rpm but a lot more top. I can break the 35s loose with a heavy right foot. Something the edge on 5 couldnt do.
