Cool Edge Juice with Attitude

Just thought I'd post and let you'all know that this past Saturday I ordered the Juice and Attitude. I'll let you know my impressions of them when I get them installed. I'm going for more of a milage/economy thing rather than raw power. I tow a lot and need my truck to make my living. But it's nice to know that I have some in reserve if I need it!!!

I just put mine on last Friday. I am still working with the different settings (low boost fueling) to see which is going to be the best for my daily driving.

I talked to a great Edge rep and he basically said to try it for a full tank on level 1/low boost fuel level 1, Level 2/low boost fuel level 1, level 3/low boost fuel level 1. I did 380 miles today averaging 16.6 empty(hand calc'd) at speeds of 72-78mph which isn't bad, especially since half of the trip was into a north wind (the wind died on my way home so no advantage there).

As far as power goes, the J/A rocks. I have only done level 4 once, been in level 3 a lot and it flies when you get on the go pedal.

Kowabunga Dude!!! The Juice with Attitude kicks butt!!!! I installed it today. About 3 hours to do. Took my time doing it. Watching the dog at the same time didn't speed things up either. Went together pretty well. Only thing I would change would be the fuse tap for power and the vecro/tape to hold the box onto of the fuse panel. Most of the time was spent driling and tapping the manifold for the pyrometer. Zip tied all the wiring to make it look neat and tidy and it was done.

Then for the test drive. Only tested it in Level's 0,1,2 and 3. I could feel the engine being more responsive in each level. Level 3 pulling onto the interstate at 60mph I put the hammer down. Wwwooooooooooowwwwwwww!!!!! Went up to 24 on the boost and 940 on the EGT's. Was doing 90 in no time flat. Running through the gears, you really don't get the full affect until 5th and 6th gear and you can wind it up a bit. Drove around for about an hour and a half playing with the differnent settings. Some highway some around town. Overhead went from 14.6 to 15.4 during that time. It always registers 1-1.5 mpg low. I think come summer time I'll easily be able to get 18+ on the highway empty running 70mph. Can't wait to see how it performs pulling my work trailer now. I'll let you all know how that goes.

Right now I have the low boost setting on the lowest. That will produce the least amount of smoke. Everyone elses posts that I have read say that they don't smoke that much even on the higher settings. Once the boost catches up with the fueling, no more smoke.

I stand corrected. Haven't worked up to the high settings. Have a totally stock drive train. This is also my work truck/daily driver. If it's in the shop getting repaired, I don't make any money.

the EZ wont produce much more smoke because its a pressure box. the juice includes timing so it will leave the injector open logner giving you more smoke

the J/A on level 5 will only give you a rated 100hp so its no more than like the 2018 predator puts out there is no reason to be worried about rippin on level 5, do it all the time and tow once and a while there also, the tst is much more aggressive and makes way more power than the juice, tst can slip torque but edge doesnt, i may switch back to the king [tst]lol

how do the TST and J/A work? More of what i guess im after is are they "stakable? After the 99 I love the power. and although 100hp and 250 torque is good, TST can do way more from what i hear and i learned the hard way on the 99 about buying box after box to get what i wanted. So i just want to do it right this time. But the Juice/attitude has a lot of neat lil features
