i wanna hear some opnions on it, iam looking to get it for my 03'. what things u like about it, dont like about it? if theres any other chip u would have gotten... and does it smoke alot? oh, also how did the MPG do, did u get much better??

 

Well I have an 04.5 600, so it is a little different. I did have an EZ stacked with mine and I understand the HOT Juice/Attitude for the 03-04 555 does add some pressure so pretty close. My HOT Juice/Attitude and EZ stack was the most consistent, smooth and trouble free combo I have tried and I have tried a lot. It was also one of the best at controlling EGTs even on highest setting. Smoke was very controllable with settings and driving habits. If around 480-490rwhp is all that you are looking for then I would certainly recommend it. I did have as FASS and II SPS66 with the stack, but everything else stock. I got about 2mpg increase with Juice on Level 3 and EZ on level 1. Lower settings would loose a little mpg and higher settings just caused lead foot and poor mileage. Just my experiences.

 

Get it you will like it. You will love the power at 3, 4 and 5. 1 and 2 gave me 17.8 miles to gallon consistantly this whole summer on vacations. You will love the attitude monitor and ease of its functions. 5 will smoke most of course on low boost setting (most smoke). egt temps are very good-on any setting.

Get some sort of fuel pusher pump or upgraded fuel system - it can only help.

 

It is a good setup and easy to work with.

 

Just to clarify, your 480-490 was with the Hot Juice/EZ stack and the FASS with the SPS66?

 

Yes dyno'd 487rwhp I believe with that combo and the 315s. But that was on a Dynojet with an operator that had never seen a diesel engine before. Might have had a little more on the dyno if you have used the drum brake and spooled up some. But the power was always there and always the same. I ran probably 10-15 13.80-13.81s 1/4 with that stack one day. The need for speed made me keep trying different combos.

 

Ok, thanks for the info. I was hoping to be up about another 50-75 than that but I will have to wait and see.

 

IM running th ehot juice a2 setup on my 05, alot of people have pushed me to go the tst bully dog stack but it hasnt given me trouble so i have kept it. The hot upgrade is awsome. #5 setting goes and goes.
