Dynomax Exhaust. In regards to your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins Diesel, we recommend using our muffler back kit #19372, as this includes the 17537 muffler, along with the 4" mandrel bent tail pipe as the outlet of this muffler is 4" and your stock tail pipe is 3 1/2".
The kit also will include the spout and all hardware needed for
installation.

Looks like that system is actually for 1998-2002 2500 5.9s...
