Dyno numbers in....DDP in Monroe Wa

Went for a holiday down the Pacific coast and found sometime to sneak away from the family..
Smarty on full guns 9 beta 4.3 she rolled 580 4 times straight......was lookin for 600 but no go. My peak was at 2700rpm, which to me is a little low. Looking at the power curve these BD twins light real quick, however I suspect they stop flowing the required air to reach higher numbers around 2700rpm./? Can't say for sure..
I was hoping for a bit more tech support from the DDP boys but they were not to interested in helping a rookie like me..they had an apprentice strap the unit down and from there a tech would just come over from his main focus and run it. So when I asked the apprentice some questions he was unable to answer. I know for next time to be more accertive!

So i know it rolls 580 hp/1140 ft lbs but I can't tell ya what my boost, or egt's were...they did know that my rail hung in there at 25k!

Pushing forward I would have to say I'm pretty darn pleased with the outcome and will just glide for a while.....

thats not good that they didnt help you much. maybe because you dont run their parts or something, that still shouldnt matter. I dont want some rookie strapping my truck down. still nice numbers anyway.

actually dynojets are usually very kind, mustangs are a little low.... dynojets are inertia based, and mustangs are load based..... that explains the allmost perfect 2 to 1 hp to tq ratio..... still good numbers,, it takes alot to break that 600 mark,,, if you stack a box like a xzt or something like that on that,, and a stage 2 cp3, you should easily be over 600

DDP has a 248HW. Which stands for heavy wide. It's the heaviest drum and the widest Dynojet makes. With twin turbos it actually spools them better due to the additional load of the heavier drum.

Sweet numbers man!

In DDP's defense, that's about how every dyno session I'vd had goes. There's a difference between paying for a few runs and paying for a tuning session.

nwd

Very nice numbers. Can't wait to start with my mods, that whole more time than money thing.

Just curious, what site is NWD? Is there another site with more info to learn from that I'm missing? Say it isn't so?
