Dually conversion

What all do i need to convert my SRW to a DRW? I've located a place for fenders but do i need to change my rear axle? I want to be able to run 22.5's and im not sure if the conversion kits will alow the big rims? Also what type of axle is in the rear?

i was looking to do the same thing your wanting to do and somone else found srw to dually 22.5 adapters for like $1300-$1400. a little more than the normal 22.5 plates, but less the arrowcraft dually adapters and 22.5 adapter plates. i have seen them somewhere but cant remember for sure. i think this website might have them i just didnt have time to look. hope this helps

I wouldn't think it would be safe to convert to dually, then add another conversion to the 22.5's. That would be a conversion on a conversion. Doesn't sound safe to me. If there is a conversion that goes from SRW to DRW 22.5's that may be the way to go! Good luck and keep us updated!

Well if anything else i would just swap the axles. That was part of my concern, putting 800HP to something like that...SNAP! lol

no need to swap axles chromewheels has adapters and fenders .700.00 for fenders and 1400 for adapters called cross over, single to 22.5 dually. The fenders are also wider for the 22.5's
