DPF question

im sure this has been asked a few times but im wanting to know if the trucks with the dpf systems use any sort of monitoring system to keep track of them. can they be removed without causing issues on how the truck runs.

will set a check engine light. They have not perfected their "code free" kits as of yet. BADP takes FOREVER to get ahold of, once you get ahold of them it takes another FOREVER to get your stuff. Been waiting on a kit for over 3 months now. H&S kit came in 4 days but we still have a CEL. Most people are using the edge juice with attitude since it clears codes on start up. no other problems other than gaining fuel mileage (but that aint a problem)!

Thank you. Just a word of advice, go about your mods strategically. meaning, start out with what you can afford first but will not cause issues with other components unless you can afford to upgrade both (or many). Start off slow, do your homework and ask questions. You will find a good combo for your needs (unless you have the disease like me and are never done JUST BROKE! LOL).

My wallet is screaming at me and going to cut me off here soon.
