Hey Guys,

Are any of you all aware of a DP that is made for a reasonalble price for the 03's and 04's? Just looking for the peace of pipe from the turbo to the muffler (mandel bent)... It seems to me since the tail pipes on our trucks are already 4 inches, the only thing that should really need to be replaced is the DP and the muffler to get some good gains and lower EGT's...... Any toughs on doing this cost effective?

Seems like I have seen them a little cheaper but can't remember where. It wasn't that much cheaper though. An option may be the full 4" Aluminized Diamond Eye exhaust from Rip Rook's for about $350. Not much more to replace the whole thing. http://www.protintnw.com/sa_dodge-exh.htm.

 

Yeah... If you have to pay that much for a DP + muffler 225 ish .... you just as well get the whole exhaust from Jegs for 299.00 ... I was hoping to get a DP + muff for about 150 ish. If it was possible, then that would be worth while IMO.

That is a great price for a downpipe. Mineke quoted me 345 just for a downpipe installed. I had to laugh at the guy. Nice car nitro. I had to get rid of my '67 442 for my truck. Olds, buick and pontiac guys are gluttons for punishment in the pocketbook. Next car, 69 cuda w a stroked 340.
