Question Donaldson or Nelson muffler Online

Were can I purchase a Muffler on line. I checked with my local shop and they were kind of pricey on a 51 in muffler.

Contact your nearest cummins distributor. I got transferred several times before I finally got a hold of someone that could order it for me. It would have cost me $77 plus shipping through Cummins South Plains. Nelson 51" muffler, part #86131M.

I have not found an online direct order anywhere.

appydriver,

The MBRP is stock except when you have it floored, it's built from 409 stainless like the rest of your system so you won't have any electroloysis (sp) problems either. Uses the factory rubber mounts with wleded hangers and such as well as being a bolt on vs fabrication etc. Can't post prices on the site but I will PM you.

My MBRP is nowhere close to stock....whether you're sitting there idling or at WOT.

The Nelson and the Donalson are not direct substitutes. There are differences.

See here: http://www.turbodieselregister.com/f...d.php?t=128291

I've got the Donaldson on my truck and I love it. I guess I should change my signature...
