About a week and a half ago I received my truck back from the dealer. The 6th time by the way of taking care of problems. The trans is slipping and feels like it comes out of gear on select left turns. I stop to check the trans level and sure enough it will not even read on the stick even after driving much less idling in neutral. I wanted a Goerand trans eventually. This may be the time to do a little finessing. Any suggestions on how to get the dealer to put a Goerand in my truck?

They also damaged the inner wheel lip and sprayed my brakes with a lubricant. Every time they do something they cause more damage. Oh and two times ago they forgot to put the clamp on the intake hose and allowed junk in my engine for 5 months before I found the problem. Great group to work with.

We have worked with dealerships before under these circumstances. You can ask the service manager. Then the warranty is between you and the new tranny manufacturer. The dealer would then just install it for you and you pay the difference on the cost of the tranny and away you go happy. Ask the service manager, they might be willing to work with you. Sweet, looking at your location it is very likely that if I take my truck in I could be heading for the same dealership!!!

Call an attorney!!! prefferably one who bought a truck from the same dealer!!!
