never done hand calc and not goin to bother with it. I dont really care that much about the mpgs anyways. If I did I would not be driving an 8000 lb brick with 400hp around like I stole it. Get a scooter if you want great Milage. keep your truck if you want a vehicle that will do something for you when you really need it done.

I feel for ya Dodgezilla. Your dyno numers seem low. Not tryin to offend but I dont have the VA, Fass or the turbo and Im puttin down more power with the zilla chip on the 60 HP setting. I know I started with more but you should be up where Im at now with what you have No??? Whats up with that? Did I just luck out and find a good combo for this truck?

If you read his sig it says, "341hp/714tq (more now)" so he obviously hasn't dyno'd in a while. I'll be getting DDP's injector nozzles also. I talked to them back in Oct. and decided I didn't want any till I did a turbo upgrade. At that time it was $750 for the same set. Now that the price is down, I'll be able to get the injectors, HTT 62/14, and the "HOT" upgrade to my Juice for under $2000 installed. Heck, I talked to the shop today and the labor on the turbo and injectors is only $350. Can't pass that up and the knowing that it will be done right with a labor guarante.

I haven't dyno'd with the new turbo but both boxes were on when we did dyno it. We'll find out in a couple months where I'm at. I'm not even going to guess. Remember, you guys are starting with 60-75hp more than me but I'm getting there.....

Yeh, they double checked and the "INSTALL BOOK" said 2.5hrs labor each. Local labor rates are $70/hr.X 5hrs=$350. Even I thought the price was low and they said that included dimounting then remounting. These new 3rd gens are suppose to be supper easy to install injectors on if you have the right tools.

nope mine were in good shape. they did have a big box of cracked ones though. Pressure boxes cause it they said. I had been runnin my quad box on high for a good while approx 10 000 kms so those of us runnin the zilla stuff should be ok. They did explain to me that a honed injector takes the pressure a bit better. They have not had any hones ones crack yet. The process polishes out the stress risers.
