The steering box can leak around the top adjustment nut too. I had to take the nut off, clean it, resilicon it, and put it back on. Making sure not to turn the stud or your steering box clearances will get changed.
I had a silly little leak that I couldn't find for the life of me! I checked everything twice! Then I found a 3 year old thread on here ( give or take a year or two! ) and I cleaned the P/S fill cap vent. Fixed it ! Take the cap off and spray an entire can of brake clean thru it. Worked for me.

Thanks RP, the vent is in the level dipstick on the fill cap. It is pretty hard to see, but if you look real close you'll see a small cutout at the top of the dipstick part of the cap. Just spray brake clean in it and all around the cap. You can kind of tell that it is two parts snapped together. Try to clean in that area too.
The reason these ps boxes leak in my opinion is the cap does not vent the pressure that builds up when the atf4 heats up. I have solved it taking apart the dip stick cap. Kind of difficult to get the two parts to unsnap, but once apart there is a rubber nipple tapered like valve. Trimmed the tapper portion back a little so air will vent out. Now when I check the fluid level after the things warm up, the cap doesn't pop (vent pressure) when unscrewed. Haven't had a wet ps box since!
