Did this every happen? I remember reading back almost a year ago that Quadzilla was looking at software for the Commander to have a turbo timer feature. I check their website every once in a while to see if it has happened and nothing seems to be updated on the Commander. Does anyone know if the new Commanders have a turbo timer feature on them?

 

Nope. Wouldn't mind having one myself, but it seems the newer 3rd gens aren't easy to work with.

I can't tell you the offical word, but I can put 2 and 2 together from other posts on this subject.
The Bus harness on the commander is going to be VERY hard to add a turbo timer to. It would mean a new harness, and some pretty neat programing in the commander.
Personally, I would not hold my breath. I do know that once quad sets his mind on something it will happen, but I am sure there are other things they are working on that would see a higher return.

I wouldn't mine paying for a new harness if it came with a turbo timer. That's one of the reasons I went with the Commander was the talk about a turbo timer in the works.

 

...and that is why I am still hanging onto my EDGE...
