Capacity of PML Diff cover
Grizzly,
You will indeed be faced with a cleareance issue. You may be able to reposition that spare and make it work although, I have no specifics for you....hopefully, someone that has that size spare with a PML or Mag-Hytec Diff. Cover will chime in here have the rest of the answer for you.

Grizzly660 fan - I just must say how much my Prairie absolutely dominates your Grizzly. Oh wait, wrong forum
Anyway, PML seems to be the way to go. Mag Hytecs are a bit more expensive and the rear Mag Hytec cover is generic (Chevy/Dodge) and folks have had to adjust their spare tire in the mount - even with stock tires - so I'm not sure how 315's would do - I'm sure someone can comment.
I must say though, the last time I did my rear diff fluid, the pumpkin and around the gears was FILTHY. It took a lot of rags and carb cleaner to get it all clean, but I was really happy it was all shiny and nice when I put it back together. That alone was reason enough for me not to buy an aftermarket cover with a simple drain plug. Just an opinion.
