Typically Toyo's and bigger and heavier than other manufacturer's tires of the same size and actually measure out to what it says on the sidewall. My 325/70-17s measure a true 35"x13".

Actually, I'm glad they aren't a true 37" tire as I think I would definitely need to do some fender trimming. That 3/4" to 1" smaller makes a huge difference.
