Boost Question - Mine is higher now.

Maybe a dumb question, but stock my 600 would hit 33-34psi and drop to 28-30 on hard acceleration.
With the DR Performance it would hit 39psi.
With the Juice I could hit 38-39psi.
With the Xzillaraider it would hit 43psi.

Now with the Xzillaraider on stock(off) setting it will hit 38-39psi.

Could I have crimped the boost tubing with all the install/uninstalls and caused this? I would think if I crimped the boost tubing the boost would be less and not more.

I will unplug the Xzillaraider when I get a chance and use bypass plug to see if it is still affecting boost.

Just kinda makes me wonder if my turbo is getting broke in along with my engine. Dont know if this is good or bad. But it is different.

Any ideas?

We control the wastegate so that you can make that additional boost.

We do boost fooling and some wastegate control even when we are turned off. This prevents anyone from getting an SES no matter the situation.

Thanks, I kinda thought that may be the case. Just wasnt explained in the manual that way. Do you know just how much boost the stock turbo with air intake and high flow muffler will make with your Race version?? The 43psi I see on 100hp and 130hp may be about as much as the stock turbo can take.

I have seen posts that around 45-46 is pushing it pretty hard.
