Boost elbow

Boost elbow
I just bought a 2003 250hp 2wd auto. It looks like it had a module on it at one time but was taken off before it was sold.
I also looks like it still has a boost elbow on the turbo.
I am getting ready to install my Quad 65 hp XZT and Commander from my old truck, should I leave the boost elbow or put a stock one back on?
