You can get a VERY similar set up at a marine store (Eastern comes to mind) for much less. I'm thinking like in the $35.00 range.
Hold off, someone will post a link to theirs, it has been discussed here before.

 

I bought my bracket from a guy here on DTR in Texas that had made them and had 1 left over, he bent it, painted it and shipped it to me for $10. Probably the best $10 I've spent on my truck. I bought the Marinco poug at Cabelas for around $12.

 

My wife's 96 Taurus has something like that from the factory, I bet you can get one from a wrecker for $20.

 

This was 17 bucks at the boat supply counter. It's the Marinco.
