Black Crossover Toolbox and hot weather

I want to get a low profile crossover toolbox in black. Anyone have a black toolbox that can tell me if it gets too hot when the temps climb ?

Years ago I had a black truck with a black metal tool box. In the summer, I would have to take the tools I was going to use and set them in the shade to cool because they were too hot to hold comfortably.

I have a DEE ZEE from Tractor Supply CO., and have had it for 3 years, no problem with it getting hot. It doesn't seem to transfer the heat lik a metal box.
