ok guys what do you figure is the best all round stack for a truck that gets used for everything.

BDDL +??
TST+ EZ??
Quad + Va??

Im sure there are others.

I already have the Quad box but Im wondering if the Quad VA stack is goin to make BIG power that is drivable on the street. I want something with good manners as i dont PULL or race at the track. I do like to rip around town though and I do have to tow all the time.

Were just talkin stacks here I know lots of other parts need to be upgraded to make em work properly.

 

Hello, it's me again. I have nearly the same set-up as you, down to the DDP injectors. I have to say, I like the cuurent stack of BDPP+Edge Juice. With the injectors, I never even have the downloader programmed, unless I'm out looking for fun and games. I've been able to run low to mid 13's in the 1/4 with this set-up w/o aux fuel system and stock turbo. Got any questions? Just ask.

I installed a Edge EZ when the truck was pretty much new. Since then we have had transmission work done (TimVa great job) and then added a TST pmcr. We recently added a 62/12 turbo and hit the 500 HP.
Very soon there will be a FASS hanging under the truck.

I like the low end punch the EZ gives the truck and the TST making the truck really move. We have a GN and a 5er trailer we pull we leave the TST on 2/2 and go.


This works for me.

I'm a second gen guy, but I've heard big numbers with a Crazy Larry and a TST.

 

Banks PowerPDA and T-Dog on Extreme will Net 280Rwhp & 600Tq ,on stock injectors and Pump,The PowerPDA With the E2 ,Has over 100 features and Parameter settings and is Internet upgradeable.Of course Trans/Exhaust/intake/ Turbo/ Etc, changes are necessary to reach these numbers.
My Crazy Larry Did not work on the Day I had the Truck on the Drums.My Best guess would be it would only add 20/30hp with this combination until fuel and injectors were change.

We Had two different Loaders one with Larry the the other Extreme,I even took the same T-Dog and loaded CL into the D-Max work fine.Go Figure.

 

for my 05 i love the powerpup on tow and my edge juiec w/ attitude on 5-5. i moves out pretty nice. putting the fass on next week to see if that may help a bit. ive been thinking of injectors after the fass system.
