Before and after wheels/tires

I was going to wait until I installed the drop shackles in the rear but they sent me the wrong shackles...oh well. I may as post the truck as it is now. XD Series Hoss 22"x9.5 +30mm with Nitto Terra Grapplers 285/50/22. Got about a full inch of clearance at full lock in either direction. Front suspension is completely stock.

Before

After

Perfect!
Once you get the shackles for the rear itll look killer too, the wheels filled up the wheel wells perfectly.

And dangit, you're making me second guess my 20s!

And thanks for that rear shot, thats the one I needed to see how far those might stick out, if at all.
Suprisingly no one runs those +30mm wheels for whatever reason...

After I got these wheels I found the Foose Whip 8 with 6" BS and +30mm but they were $125-$150 more per wheel.

Eh, I think those look great!

But heck, if it bothers you that much I can take them off your hands for a fair price

Nah, they look awesome.
Any plans to black out the chrome on the bumpers and debadge it?

Looks good. How does it ride with the 22's?

I may debadge the 2500 Heavy Duty but I like "C" of course. I have thought about the bumpers and a hood.

The overall ride is better than stock wheels/tires. Bump absorbtion is better, crossing railroad tracks much better. The tires are very quiet BUT they do wonder slightly on thick, uneven seams since the tires are about an inch or more wider. My truck is an inch taller and the steering is not as tight...kinda has a "squishy" feel if that's a way to describe it. Maybe I'll double check the air pressure or maybe because of the added height?

I have drove a truck with those tires on it before but they were 37's with 22's. Those are good tires I was just worried about the hieght of the sidewalls. It looks like there is stili plenty of tire though. You think these would clear with a 2/4 drop?

That would be really close but I bet you would get slight rubbing (like turning into a driveway or similar wheel movement) but nothing serious.
