I updated my unit online and got the truck updates. i turned on the idle up and now the idel up wont turn off. i can turn it on and off with the cruse control like it should, but i cant get rid of the program. i even went back to the stock setting and then reloaded it. everything else is fine. does anybody have the same problem. i am on the 2.4.1 crazy larry version.

 

Well first why would you want to turn the option off? As long as it works like it is suppose to then what is the issue?

 

i have to take the truck in to the dealer. i have the oil change program and dont want anything for them to see. just on the cousous side.

 

If you feel you need to turn it off go into the other options menu and select the Idle Up option and you can turn it off there. I don't think that would raise any flags at the dealership though.

 

i did that and it still works

 

My fast idle option has never worked at all so cant be of much help.

 

The dealer installs that themselves so why would the wonder about it alot of people have it.
