Thanks guys, I really appreciate the responses. The thing that really cheesed me off about the whole thing is the attitude when I talked to the tech support guy at BD. I dont mind being told that something is wrong or faulty, but having him tell me that its not meant to build more boost and that it is impossible that you guys are getting mid 30 to 40lbs boost with an otherwise stock truck really bites my ****. I am a mechanic by trade, so I have a fairly good idea as to how a bit of this stuff works. He just kept saying that the fooler only told the computer that it had less boost than it did, not control the wastegate. I tried explaining to him that the cpu IS what controls the wastegate, and therefore if working properly should allow for more boost, as it doesnt see the need to open the gate... Make sense to you??? Makes perfect sense to me. All I wanted was for him to at least understand that the product could be used for more than what the great and perfect BD designed it for. Oh well, guess Ill be looking to Quad in the future as well as this.
