Hello, I know the name makes ya' all puke. But does anyone use or know someone who has used one of these intakes?

My parents have the Banks setup on their motorhome and its really nice. When it comes to fit and finish, I like the Banks stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to use one of their intakes.

It looks like something that would really improve airflow, but not add smoke or hurt drive-ability. Of course, not cheap to buy or install.

I think it is like $700-$800. The head has to be removed, intake side machined off (hit some head work) and the intake then bolted on (after tapping head I imagine).

I have heard there isn't much performance gain unless you do head work also.

it would have to be one of the SoCal, az, or florida boys. can't run a grid heater with it.
