Yes, thats what I'm talking about! What makes it do that? My truck started with a low rattle at light acceleration about 3 weeks ago but now it's getting loud at light acceleration. I did not have time to call today and Quad has not popped in so I'll try to cal Friday.

 

Could it be temperature change? I think mine got louder when it was cold, now it's 70* & it seems a bit quieter.

 

I was thinking that at first, and also maybe the new fuel we have but mine just keeps getting louder. I noticed tonight that if I do a hard run on the 60hp setting that when I let off then get back on it with light acceleration it will rattle real loud. So loud that I can hear it over my radio and heater fan on the second from the highest setting. I don't even try 100hp or 140hp anymore. IMO it's timing, but I don't know! I guess the question is is it to much at low throttle input and it's hurting something?
