I don't know, but there is some adjustment in the latch on the quad door. It takes a allen head if I remember right. Hope that helps.

On mine I have to close them very firm or they will not latch on the second latch. Then they seem loose and rattley. Try closing them hard once, there is a lot of rubber seal to overcome.

Re:Quad cab door rattle

I adjusted the door latches on my truck and eliminated any rattling and wind noise. It takes a large TORX wrench or socket to adjust the strikers for the fronts and the strikers for the rears are also adjustable. I found it helpful to mark the strikers where they were with a marker so I would be sure I moved them the right way or could put them back where they were if I needed to. Good Luck!

Re:Quad cab door rattle

If you are looking for the cheap and easy route, here's my solution. My driver's side rear door was squeaking. I took a piece of good electrical tape and wrapped it around the receiver loop for the door. No more squeaks and it's been on there for more than 20,000 miles. If you don't have an air leak, this should work and it takes about 30 seconds to do. BTW, a girlfriend with a Cummins that makes me ;D ;D

Re:Quad cab door rattle

If the door is adjusted correctly, try putting some silcon lube on the gasket... I did this to mine, and my rattle is gone. :
