Bad Rattle with Quad Box

I have had the race box on my truck for a few months now. I have noticed a rattle in the last 3 weeks or so and it just keeps getting louder, is it normal for the box/truck to do this? When I'm on any setting but stock it rattles bad and gets worse as I go higher with the settings. It's only at low fuel inputs. Like when you just get on the fuel or just about off the fuel and from 1700rpm or so to, well I stopped at 2500rpm and it was still doing it. It's just kind of weird it just started doing this after the box was on for a month or so and did not do it right away! I do love the power of the box and I don't think it has lost any power but that rattle at certain rpm's is loud! Do you think it's the new fuel we have now has anything to do with it?

If you guys can help in any way I would appreciate it greatly!

Mine does it at WOT, but if I ease into it, I don't really notice it.

colder weather makes mine "rattle" more with the 100 hp on. I usually leave it on 60 til it warms up.

yes. ibelive the rattle is due to the timing advance so if you turn the box down you also turn the advance down.

That's what I was thinking but it just started doing it. It never rattled when I first put it on. Well it would blow 1100rpm but you know that.

I just started noticing the same. I have the standard box. Under heavy accelaration it goes away. Under lighter accelration it is notiable. I'll set my Rok Tek senor back to stock to see if that helps.
