Is this a bad rail pressure relief valve cap?
I just installed my Garrett Stage 3 turbo. I was going to run it through it's paces and set the Smarty on lvl 9. I did a bonzi run and the truck stalled at 35 psi. It recovered but wouldn't push it past 35 psi. I now back fires after I put it back to lvl 3 (where I just towed across the entire country with no issues). I need some help with ideas on how to fix this. I don't have a gauge for the high pressure rail. I've got one on the low side.
Thanks,
Matt

Take the bolt out of the banjo fitting on the pressure relief valve, if you have any fuel getting by at idle then the valve is bad. I had mine go bad and tapped the bolt and put a pipe plug in it.
