ATS Manifold on the 3rd Gens?

Any input as to whether or not they help flow? I haven't heard of any breakage problems on the 3G's and the manifold doesn't look that different from stock. Just wondering if I need to add it to my BomB list.

Big differance than stock.#4&5 on the stock run together and out one hole.On the ATS the 3 rear goes to the back port on the turbo flange and the front 3 go to the front of the flange.A lot better flow over stock!I had a pic of a cut away but can't find no more maybe someone else has the pic?

Is that ATS already drilled and tapped for the pyro?
Also the list two. One for around $450, and one for around $600

The manifold is not pre tapped, but there is a sort of reinforced raised area for the pyro to be drilled and tapped into. It is located on the top of the manifold. I am not sure of any temp drops, but after I installed the manifold I think I had a 50 degree drop. After the Scotty III, 4 inch exhaust, and the manifold the temps dropped total 125-175. Since my EGT's measured from my pyro are not caliberated it is just a rough estimate. But the manifold is a good thing, especially what katoiler stated about the porting for the exhaust gas.

I have never seen one of these manafolds, but I have seen pictures of it.
It seems to be a two piece job with something like a slipjoint to allow for expansion. Sounds like it would be prone to leaks.

With the amount of hammering I had to do on mine to get it to fit together (should have done the oven/freezer deal)... it's NEVER leaking

I only used the freezer and a torch, just to heat up the female end enough for the frozen part to slide on to. I still had to take a mallet to it, but only a few hits. It was my first major addition to my truck. I just wish I would of had it coated before I put it on.
