I'll be ordering my quad race module in the next couple of days. The info says it's an easy installation. Anything special I need to have to install the module?

 

just insure that you correctly orient the plugs and seat them fully. then you will be a happy camper.

 

Just as dodgezilla said. Just finished hooking the tranny temp up on mine. Finally got the swagelok fitting I was needing to put in the line going to the cooler. let me know how the race box does with the tone ring mod. Ive been thinking about doin mine. Think Ill run atleast a full tank of fuel through it for a mileage check with the just he box on level one. Then Ill do the tone ring mod and see what it gets with it also.

 

Use dialectric grease on all the fittings

 

with the tone ring and the race box, you may get some timing rattle on a cold start when it is really cold out. dont worry, just take it easy until warm.

 

Sounds simple enough.

I didn't even think about dialectic grease. Good idea.
