well I received my mileage max module friday evening and installed it first thing this morning. Very easy and quick to install. One thing though my check engine light is on now. I double make that triple checked everything to make sure the connections were right and they were. I even uninstalled and reinstalled everything still check engine light is on. The truck idles normal and appears to be running fine. I was hoping quad or anyone would chime in for a little advice. Thanks.

Well I checked for the codes and I did not show any, but the check engine light flashed several times in a row and then went off. Did the system check and clear itself? No more engine light on. Does this seem normal?

so you should be fine. Just keep driving it if the check engine comes back there might be a problem. Maybe when you hook it up the first time there was a loose plug or something.

Sorry for not having any results yet gents. My recirc door went out this week so I had to have the box off while the truck went to the dealer... aside from that, I've only gone through 1/4 tank.
I figured out why my truck sounds different after the module was installed - the wiring harness was so thick, I had to cut the little grommet that plugs the firewall - now more engine noise is coming through. It's not the box itself that changed anything but rather my poor installation skills.
Results will be posted as soon as they come in.

Results:
I filled up my 1/4 tank at 175 miles on the odo. Used the same pump I did with the last fillup. 12.7 gallons went in, for an average of 13.8 MPG.
My usual MPG is around 13-14 in city, so there was no change.
Caveats:
1. The box was not attached for the trip to and return from the dealer, probably around 30 miles out of that 175.
2. I was in stop and go traffic a lot, so the time spent in the effective range of the module was probably fairly short. My truck was probably running stock parameters most of that time, because it was either speeding up or slowing down. From what has been said, I tend to believe this box would be most effective in a low-rev steady cruising situation, which was certainly not the case for my driving this last week.
3. Nothing has been proven either way, just data points for your interest. If I don't see a 10% improvement in mileage over the next few tanks, I'm going to take advantage of Quad's excellent guarantee.

I took my rokktech off beforehand. I'm actually not convinced the rokktech did anything at all anyway.

Well I have so real world mileage data and I got to say this module works!!!!
This weekend I put 1100 miles on the truck with my previous best 17.8 mpg. My first tank 581 miles driving 65 with 1 hour of stop and go around DC I got 20.7 mpg . The second tank 562 miles driving 70-75 I got 20.1 mpg. All numbers were hand calculated and refills to the same point in the filler neck.
