Let me ask one more question. Say I download the smoke tune and decide after a few days I really don't like it, how do I turn it off or delete it from the box?

In every section you will notice there is a "Factory" tune.
Anytime you want to go back to it just load the Factory update. Once you download the files to your PC or laptop you can use them over and over as many times as you want. You can swap them every 30 minutes if you want to.

Well I have run thru my first full tank with the Max Mileage module connected. Looks like I gained about 1.76 mpg compared to my prior tank. As more tanks get run thru I will get a better measure. So looks like a I got about a 12% increase this tank compared to last, but the last tank included about 40 min of pure idle time while my family sat in the AC.
Also both tanks included some full loads in the bed so as my avg this tank was only 17, I bet with pure highway and unloaded i could not get over 20. Before my max was about 18 or so on the highway.
My normal drive is a city type with cruising speeds of about 50 in between stop and go light and light traffic.
I think it might take 6-8 months to pay for it self, but after that it is pure savings and when I upgrade to a commander and Xillaraider 2 I will have more power to play with when I feel like it.
I hope this writeup helps some people make a decsiion and I am in no way afffiliated with Quad. I bought it from throughtbreeddiesel.com and got in about a week.
I will continue to post my results, but I usally only fill up every 1.5-2 weeks.
Thanks,
Jay T.

Went through another half tank of all city driving. Results: 12.9 MPG hand-calculated for a net gain of 0 MPG. That's on the extreme low end of my regular MPG range also.
Quad, I'd like to know a little about this module and how it works. If we can open a dialogue about how you think it would benefit me to keep around (maybe for highway mileage or something), I will consider it. Otherwise, I may be your first return.

Quite conservatively actually. I follow the speed limit and drive about 60% as crazy as other people around here.
On the freeway my truck gets great mileage - around 18-20 usually. In traffic it's as horrible as my MPG shows above.

About the same as I'm getting bone stock...
Best I've seen is 14.8.
Only 2k miles on the truck. I do drive a lot in congested areas, but mostly unloaded. Heck, I didn't even burn off the coating on the exhaust manifold until I towed 12k yesterday.

I just sent my DXZT2 in today to get the Xillaraider II. After talking to Justin at Quad for $60 bucks I can download the MMM program for daily driving and then download the "tow" program (70hp) when I hook up the toyhauler. What a deal. 2 modules for the price of 1. Can't wait.
BTW, I have 9500 miles and get ~13.5 mpg computer in stop and go. Never can seem to get above 50mph for the TC to lockup.
