I'm replacing my scoop that blew out. Mine was painted red to match the truck. The new one will be black, ready for paint. I'm wondering if anyone has a scoop they left black. Pic's would be great. Thank's.

 

I want to know what an SRT 10 hood likes like white, with a black scoop. Been wondering for some time now

I was thinking of getting one of those hoods for my 06 have the hood painted body color and the scoop and bulge painted flat black like my 72 440 Charger R/T factory hood.

 

I was wondering about taking the insert out to get some air in? I would like something to keep debri, like a bird from, flying in to the engine. Any ideas

 

That insert that comes with the hood has holes to allow cool air in and hot air out...
I think that it would look great having a flat black overlay on the scoop. I'm not doing it on my two-toned truck though.....
