Any members in or near Chicago that can lend a hand?

Here's the scenario: my 2007 3500 MegaCab is sitting at the dealer. I have to pick it up as soon as I get days off - I work out of town.

Now, it's winter in Edmonton - more snow and ice than the past few years combined. OEM tires are crap and I want to change them out ASAP. The tires I want are Toyo Open Country AT 285/70R17 126S - these are the 80 psi load range E tires. They are not available in Canada - only the 65 psi load range D are.

I've located a dealer in a suburb of Chicago - www.tiredealsforless.com at $163.00 a piece, but they do not ship to Canada.

Is there anyone willing to pick them up and ship me 5 tires? I have a Paypal account and can send total for shipping and tire cost immediately as soon as I know the cost. Heck, I'll get a bank draft and courier if anyone wishes that.

Kevin,

Shipping is kinda expensive with insurance and what not. However, I'm still getting a 10 ply tire that's not even available in our market. Still worth it to me.

Thanks Nick. Your assistance in picking these up and shipping them to me is greatly appreciated. Kevin, give Nick a shout if you need tires. The experience has bee far more pleasurable than dealing with the tire dealers up here - not that he's a dealer - just picked them up for me.

Btw, Kevin, I got the Toyo Open Country AT 285/70R17 126S - E rated 10 ply - max. 80 psi tires. Just waiting for arrival.

Thanks Kerry and yes let me know Kevin or anyone else who is interested. Since this tire place in Chicago is dirt cheap when it comes to tire prices.
