When driving around in parking lots I notice that if I engage my clutch completely then disengage the idle will stay at either 950, 1000, or 1100 rpm. Happens too when I rev. It only does it when the module is on, I can drop it to level 0 and it'll drop back to normal. Could this be something with the wiring?

no the quad box is a pressure box the common rail trucks will not rev down until the pressure drops
