Need a new air filter and know I don't want a k&n. I am very curious about the new dry filter from amsoil. Has anyone used one long enough to tell if they are a good filter. I don't want any dirt getting by but I do have a superchip prog. so I need more air.

 

Used mine for a week now. No noticeable difference over WIX. Just checked when I did my oil change this morning & no noticeable dust passing through it.

 

I run one of the Amsoil EA air filters and it seems to work good...It seems to do a good job of filtering the dirt and can be cleaned without having to oil it.

 

I have used the new filter fom Amsoil since they were introduced.
No problems easy to clean..

I have been running one for a while now and it works well. However make sure it is sealed very well. i thought it was letting dust through until I saw the dust around the seal. I siliconed it and now no more dust.
