Aluminum battery boxes sheeesh
for others considering this....I ended up revising the box supports once I started the final fit.

I had my welder make them up...like I said I needed to alter the tabs...out came the plasma
Most pieces are ceramic coated, with the exception of the two valve covers which are powder coated.
