I like it much better than the gold rims although I thought they looked good too. Anyways, here they are. There are more in my gallery...

Ha Ha!! I am retarded when it comes to this kind of stuff. I'm happy for the moment.
I just scuffed the silver argent paint up and painted them gold. I mounted the tires and put them on the truck and it looked OK but wasn't great. I pulled the wheels off, scuffed them up again, and then masked the tires off and painted them black. Those scuff pads they sell in the paint section of the auto parts store are great. We'll see how long the paint holds up....

Well, I've come full circle.......
I started out with factory chrome clad alloys. Switched to Steel ST rims painted to match the gold on the rockers. Changed that to black when I just didn't like it totally. Black looked good with trim rings but the rings were junk and started flying off the truck so they had to go. I picked up some Forged alloys and got them put on this morning. Two of them are a bit scratched up but it's too expensive to get them fixed. You can't see it in the pics thank God. I SWEAR I'm done with this chapter!!!!!!!!

I think the wheels you have on it now, IMHO, are the best looking you have had on there so far. I like the stock alloys. I still have mine in case I ever go back to 285s. I'd imagine you are about spent on switching haha.

My neighbors think I'm nuts with all the wheel switching but they all know who to come to if they need a swap done. The air compressor and huge floor jack help make for quick swaps.
I wish the steel rim thing would have worked out. That's an idea I've had for a couple years and I finally did it. I guess it should have just stayed as an idea in the back of my little brain. I'd have several hundred bucks in my pocket still!!!!....
I agree that these look best of all my combinations BUT I wish I had gone with larger tires. I really just didn't want to have to put flares on just to keep all the crap off the side of the truck and that's why I got the 285s.
I'm done for a while. I even sold the steelies today too...
