AirDog/Raptor new style connectors
AirDog/Raptor new style connectors
Hello,
Does anyone happen to know what brand the fittings are on the new Airdog and Raptor fuel lines? I know they are some type of quick connect, specifically I'm looking for the 90* one that bolts to the stock fuel filter canister. I've scoured the internet but haven't found anything resembling what came with the Raptor initially. Thanks for your help.

you can get a 12 mm threaded adapter to fit into the stock adapter that screws to your filter canister, then use an Aeroquip type barbed fitting, and cut the quick release fitting off the hose from you Raptor....the quick release fittings gave me nothing but trouble , and I ended up going with aeroquip type stainless flex lines from tank to motor. A little pricy (around $200), but worth it for my piece of mind.
They are called Jiffy tite quick connects, they say you can buy a tool at any auto parts store to remove them, but I did not find that to be true, everyone I talked to had never heard of them including Napa, I did find the right tool to remove them on Ebay for 50.00, I can tell you that you can just order a replacement hose for 30.00 from Pureflow, I did not like how I routed mine and I allready cut it, so far no problems, just make sure you do not have any side load on them once you cable tie them in place.
Hope this helps
