I have a Airdog 2 that is a year and half old. I just changed the filters and then did a 6000km trip to California and back. I noticed a few hours from home the pump is very very noisy. I can easily hear it while driving now. Could the filters be causing the noise (crumby fuel) or is the pump on its way out ? I do notice after 20000km the pump does get noisier but this is a different tone. Ideas or Suggestions ?

 

I only have about 18k on my AD2. So, I am not experiencing the noises you are - yet, but I am subscribing to this thread just in case.

I recall when I was asking about the warranty, they said to contact them if you start to hear / experience anything out of the ordinary. I'm not sure how they work the technical support with the dealers, meaning you bought it from a dealer vs. the company itself, but contact the dealer / company and I'm sure they will respond.
