For $10 more IMO its dumb to get the 100 and not the 150 (no offense 100 guys), but after looking at your sig I think its an easier install w/ the 100 if you have the inline pump

If you get the 100, you will be able to use your stock fuel tank pickup tube.
Using the 150, you will have to install a drawstraw.
You should be able to use the 100 for applications up to 550HP, the 150 is good up to 1200HP.
Both are good pumps, just use them accordingly.

That's a pretty broad statement. Why would I need more fuel than I can use? Reason 1:It was much easier to install the 100 than a 150.
reason 2:Again, bigger is not always better.
reason 3: If I were BOMBing my truck, yes, a 150 would be the ticket. Not all people BOMB their trucks, myself included.
If you aren't fully utilizing the 150's capabilities, than keep the $10 in your pocket and save the extra energy that would otherwise be used by needlessly pumping fuel back and fourth.

Again for 10 more dollars, if for what ever reason you want to upgrade the fuels there and you wouldnt have to buy a new pump

I'm just saying, there's a place in this world for both versions.
You said it's dumb to buy a 100, I say otherwise. He gets to make the final decision. Perhaps the question should be: "to AirDog, or not to AirDog?"

Huh, I guess I was dumb as well for getting the 100 then!
With the 100 you can draw from your stock canister if you remove the pump or you could use the stock feed off a Liberty unit like I did.
I had to put a draw straw into my Liberty canister for the AD return though, if you plumb it into the filler neck like the instructions say you'll have fuel pressure issues when you get to ¼ tank or less. Follow the link in my signature for an explanation.
If you're smart and decide to go with the AD150 though you'll end up putting in 2 additional draw straws, there's a restriction in the stocker (or Liberty canister) that will restrict the flow too much for the 150, or so they say.

I will tell you that the customer service for the airdog seems to be pretty good also. if you call them they will call you back from what ive seen and installing the drawstraw isnt that hard if you take the bed off like the big write up on here that 53 ****** did. the main point is if you plan to put mods on your truck I would get the 150. otherwise later on you will have to do it all over again and I can tell you buying parts twice gets old I know first hand. ive bought a couple fuel systems now. if you dont plan to mod and thats not your thing like stated the 100 would be better for your truck plain and simple

My 150 came with the parts to use to factory pickup or the drawstraw. I know it would be a restriction but you could get the 150, hook it up to the factory pickup, and save the draw straw til you needed it.

Thank everyone for all the input.I would like to do more mods in the future. If I could use the 150 with the stock pickup I would like to do that for now and then later install a drawstraw if needed.Again thanks for all the help.

I called PureFlow when I did my install, I was told I could use the factory draw with the 150 as a temp fix only. They said the restriction could cause pump problems if I ran it like that for to long. I ended up dropping tank. I haven't had any 1/4 tank issues yet. I may be one of the lucky ones.
