AFE Stage 2 cold air or AFE Bladerunner manifold?

AFE Stage 2 cold air or AFE Bladerunner manifold?
Which one would be better for increase fuel economy and a bit of HP? Did a cat delete/ exhaust upgrade already. Please explain! Thanks!!

I didn't notice any mpg increase with my Bladerunner install even though the stocker is very restrictive. I believe a www.psmdiesel.com or Home Depot equivalent with a NAPA 9946 would work well for you. Save your money for the oil industry.
