I remember reading that a shop must be certified to deal with those types of pressures. I cant remember who it was but he was going to try and do just that ******.

I have the II dual line feed kit, and it is worth every penny(300.00), although I didn't pay near that much. I was draining the rail BAD before the install, it has actually increased top end pull dramatically. Install is kinda tricky because you have to be a 300lb gorilla to get the fittings tight enough to not leak. I'm only a 252lb part gorilla when I drink enough. It is not only a HP hose w/ some HP fittings. There are two adapters that might be hard to find. I'll have info soon on a shop who's trying to have these built and certified . This is the hard part, certifying to 60000psi. I'll let you guys know if he pulls it off, they will be much cheaper than 300 bones.

i agree guys it does work and it is worth the money.
having someone in the country capable and willing to produce a line like that-that's flexable is NOT going to happen. these lines are outsorced over sea's directly from bosch.

That will be cool just as long as it's not adding another fitting in line that can leak.

I bet it helps some alone on the volum eincrease of fuel between the CP# and your injectors. The quantity of "pressurized fuel" is greater....like twest's bored rail. Don M has stated and I agree that hydraulic theory should prove the location(s) of filling the rail are wrong.

supposedly the line is just Parker polyflex line..if you find a dealer who deals with the line I am sure they could build you on in the states.....

keeping the Relief valve in line would be sweet too.

It's not just finding a parker dealer, it's getting the additional fittings, along w/ getting the built line certified/tested for the pressures we're running w/ a combustible fuel. As I stated before, there is a large volume dealer working on this, and if he can't get it done, I suspect NGM Diesel 1 will be correct.

I will see what happens. No harm in trying
II is 20mins from my house...it would not surprise me one bit if II was having there hoses built right here in town at one of the dealers....

I am just wondering...if the hose and fitting are already rated for 60000PSI and made buy the hose dealer why would it need to be certified??

I don't know why I care I don't even need a dual feed line
the only way my rail is going to drain is if I spring a leak!

Anybody know what the fitting sizes are yet???

I have one sitting in the closet.....maybe I'll pull it out and try it....All I know is that when I was running the CP3.4 ....the truck made alot more power with the rail cap on but it didn't run as smoothly.....run on once the go pedal was released. 10 to 25% more power from a hose is quite an accomplishment....It must be a volume thing but that hose is about 3 mm internal diameter. Must be a combination of the volume in the pump and the hose that makes it work better plus the dual supply means cylinders 4 through 6 have a closer supply of fuel. ks
