they are different 47 to the 48

They are the same when I say they are the same they will interchange, they my have a different part # from dodge. Just look on the transmission sights 94-2004 list the same

Sorry they are different. Dont care what trans companys put down for part numbers. 47re converter is different then a 48re. you can use a 47re converter in a 48re trans but it is not right. and you have to remove the sealing ring on the input shaft.

Its the sealing ring on the stator support "Pump".
