3rd gen quad box like 2nd gen beta test XZT??

Is there going to be a box coming out like the 2nd beta test ("adjustable with a toggle switch from 0-timing only-60/70hp") going on now, for 3rd gens. Looking for strictly milage gains and I am not doing an EGT guage due to warantee concerns.

Not just like it.

The XZT is what you are looking for.

2nd gen and 3rd gen trucks are a lot different.

I'm just curious, why would you have waranty concerns when installing a EGT gauge?

A, because it's permanent (or leaves signs it was there) and B because "they" can....

Well, I don't think a monitoring devise such as a pyro would void a waranty. In fact it doesn't effect any operation of anything on the truck. A performance module, yes. But additional monitoring gauges, I wouldn't think so. Maybe someone else here could chip it some more knowledge on this subject.

Is the base setting on the XZT for 3rd gens a good milage program??

You need to stop thinking logically and think like Chrysler who tries to do everything they can and use any excuse, as slim as possible, to void your warantee. (obviously some dealers are cool and reasonable, but how do you know for sure unless you know someone who works there).

Heck I'm even worried about the trans guage I put in since I seem to have a very low throttle, 1-2 shift shudder.

OX1.. everyone im sure understands your opinion of dealers and warranty issues.. but fact of the matter is that if you have a issue with your truck and they want to blame it on your aftermarket products installed they have to prove the modification caused the failure. They are so hard on programmers because increased torque breaks parts. Easy voided warranty. But a pyro? Unless you install it yourself and let all the shavings fall into the turbo a void is not gonna happen. Im not trying to pursuade you to install one just let you know the facts and my opinion..
