Hi 03sled, no I did not have to remove the fender liners. I did have to cut a small half moon section from the front fender liner toward the rear and a small triangle section from the front of the rear liner. I will get photos up soon.

A few days ago I mentioned using all aluminum rims in the back. and you mentioned that they can fuse together. Well when I ordered my tires I found out their is a ring you can put between them to prevent any scuffing they were about $3.50 each any tire dealer should be able to get them!
Dwiggs you were right David at the dually stop got me a good price on my adapters!!
I have no personal exsperiance with this but everyone says you can't run two aluminums together if you could I am sure every semi would have it that to reduce weight, equal balance is the stuff they put in that is a powder that balances them while you drive.

The equal your are refering to, There are several products for that out on the market. I just had my RV (Prevost Coach) Tires replaceded and when I get home I'll see what the balancing compond they used was. The guy who I talked to said there are only a few you want to use because the moister in the air will cause some of the powders to glob and that just turns into a mess.

You can run two aliminums together; you just need the rings inbetween. A lot of Semi's do run all aluminum to save about 25lbs. per wheel. The reason why they don't is the cost is not worth the insane price increase and also, Supersingles will save you more than 1200 lbs.

Ya I saw that I haven't ever seen all aluminum on a semi, but haven't looked that hard either.

I only know because I have been searching for one; but you're right, unless you look up close, you would never know.

A little off topic, but the two new steel inner rear wheels for my truck arrived today by UPS. I was really suprised when the shipping label for each wheel listed the weight at 83 pounds. I had no idea they were that heavy.

They definitely do! If I am not mistaken, when you have the standard 8' bed, you just use the standard rear flare on the dually "buldge". That's what I have always seen and I love the way it looks. You could get them from Stylin Concpets I am sure. It won't say that it is for teh dually, but it works just the same!
